Transforming the ordinary to the extraordinary is surprisingly simple with just a little know how.
In 2012 I started a monthly project class/workshop called at the time Project 2012, it matured to Project 2013 and now Project 2015! The ladies who joined in have learned new techniques, got inspiration for their own card making and had fun!
Project 2015 uses stamps, dies, embossing folders, masks, inks and other materials as well. Project 2015 will also have the opportunity to learn stamping techniques, get creative inspiration and make new crafty friends!
“I really enjoyed the class today and so pleased with the two cards that I made. The cards are lovely, and glad I purchased both sets of stamps. The finished cards are stylish and easy techniques to learn. It was nice to make and finish two cards in a two hour class. Your project club is a great idea, and I am looking forward to the class next month.
“I would urge anyone who loves crafting to join your club. No matter how experienced a crafter you are, you always learn something new at a class. Your samples were lovely, and gave us a lot of inspiration. Two hours crafting with you Kay, beats shopping for clothes.” Linda – Peterborough
The workshops are held during the first week of the month in and around Peterborough and can be at a venue to suit you (subject to minimum numbers) or the 1st Tuesday afternoon at Sir Stampalot, that same evening at Baron Court and the same venue for the 1st Saturday morning of the month. Please book which one suits you, a small group could host one for themselves either as a regular event or as a one-off.
“I really enjoyed the card making workshop… I was particularly impressed with the bleaching technique and I am very keen to start using it and I can’t wait to buy a cheap bottle of bleach! I have seen the technique demonstrated where you bring colour onto a piece of card but never had the confidence to try it myself. After actually using that technique last night I will certainly be doing that from now on.
“May I take this opportunity to say that out of the workshops that I have attended, yours was the most professional and prepared so far.” Tracy – Peterborough
Cost – £10 per person (includes all materials needed)
The stamps, dies, masks, inks etc used for that month’s project can also be ordered and paid at the workshop
