Hello, I would like to share the 3D picture I’ve made for the IndigoBlu Challenge Blog, this mouth’s theme is ‘Frame It’ and as the days are drawing in again I thought about a Halloween inspired project. I picked up picture frame front in a sale box, and glued some ivy branches and die cut leaves to it. The frames were painted with black Gee-So-Good, when dry and using English Cottage Artist’s Acrylic Paints, it was lightly sprayed in places with Aladdin and Sleeping Beauty English Cottage Artist’s Acrylic Metallic Paints (watered down in a spray bottle) then ‘dry brushed’ with Hot Cocca, Snow White, Emerald City and Vodka Martini. T’wit T’woo was stamped onto shrink plastic, coloured, cut out and shrunk then adhered to the branch.
Bare Forest was stamped and heat embossed with black embossing powder onto IndigoBlu stamping card. It was then sponged with distress inks and secured to the back of the frame. The sentiment from Hocus Pocus was stamped onto kraft card and distressed, die cut bats and spider were added to finish.
Hope this has inspired you to enter! Lots of great prizes to be won, just click IndigoBlu Challenge Blog to join in. Good luck!
Take care, Kay x
